Yes!  But, first closely read all the information on our website including the online forms!  Most questions are answered on our site.  If you still have questions, email us.   (return to top)

Can J&D fill a prescription if it's not local? (return to top)

FIRST you must live in Missouri!!!  Then you see your doctor and have him/her fax the prescription to us (FAX: 660-438-6168).  

Then, go to our catalog and place your order. Be sure to let us know the prescription is being faxed by using the 'comment field' on the order form.

What do I do if I e-mailed J&D and have not received an answer? (return to top)

An 'Automated Response' is sent at the time an order is submitted.  You may have made an error when giving us your e-mail address.  Simply email us with your concern.  

Does J&D TrueCare Pharmacy sell products at wholesale price? (return to top)

No, we are a retail business.

Does J&D TrueCare Pharmacy give price quotes? (return to top)

NO! Our catalog has our list of products and their prices. We do not ship controlled substances.

I have a U.S. doctors prescription, how do I order? (return to top)

We only fill prescriptions to Missouri residents only!

What do I do if I have submitted an online catalog order, but have not received a confirmation? (return to top)

An 'Automated Response' is sent when an order is submitted.  You may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. Simply email us with your concerns. 

How do I know if J&D TrueCare Pharmacy received my order? (return to top)

When we receive an order, an 'Auto Response' is sent to the e-mail address supplied by you.

How do I know if J&D TrueCare Pharmacy shipped my order? (return to top)

When an order is shipped, a confirmation letter is e-mailed to the address given for that order.

What do I do if I have not received my order? (return to top)

You should have received an 'automated response' when your order was placed, and a second 'shipping confirmation' response when the order was mailed.

If you received a 'shipping confirmation', your order may be held by the mail carrier. Check with your postal service.

If you did not receive a 'shipping confirmation' letter, there may have been some processing complication: incorrect credit card number, insufficient address, etc. Please email us with your concerns and we will address the matter immediately.
